A coach helps bring focus to a situation, as well as a non-judgmental compassionate partnership on your path to change.
A coach provides these along with strategies and tools that empower the individual to approach life's challenges as opportunities for growth, to incorporate changes, to realize your potential. EFT is a very effective method for addressing many of the emotionally charged issues people wish to deal with in a coaching session.
